White Cous Cous - 500g
How to cook: All you need to prepare couscous is boiling water, but it's important to use the correct water to couscous ratio. For most types of couscous, use a ratio of 1:1 1/2, so for example 1 cup of couscous to 1 1/2 cups of water. Allow around 60g of couscous per serving. Bring water, salt, and olive oil to a boil in a medium saucepan.Add couscous and quickly stir. Turn off the heat and cover.Let couscous stand until water is absorbed and tender, 5 minutes. Fluff couscous with a fork before serving.
STORAGE: Keep in a cool dry place away from direct light and odours. Store in an airtight, clean container
