FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT KIND OF CONTAINERS CAN I BRING?
You name it, you can bring it, we are all about reusing the things you currently have so they don't go to waste. It could be an old jam jar, some old tupperware, your old shampoo bottle or cleaning bottle, it might be a lovely glass jar that you bought just for this occasion. Obviously we would say make sure it is nice and clean and dry before you fill it up, and make sure it has got a lid so you can get it home in one piece.
DO I HAVE TO BRING MY OWN CONTAINERS?
Nope, if you have them then that's great, we will weigh them when they are empty and then again when you fill them up. Everything is charged by the gram. If you don't have your own containers, then we will provide brown paper bags or you can buy a glass jar from us.

Well you can see what else we sell, so if you think it is a good fit then please get in touch. Don't forget we are Zero Waste and Plastic Free, so don't try and flog us anything that is bad for the environment.
I HAVE ALLERGIES, IS THE SHOP SAFE FOR ME?
All of our dry goods are labelled with the allergens they contain. We use scoops that are used once and washed between each use. Of course we cannot 100% guarantee no cross-contamination, but we always try our best. If you have a severe allergy, then it might not be the shop for you :(
IS THE SHOP WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
There is a little step at the front of the shop, but you should be able to manoeuvre over it without much hassle, if you are struggling just give us a holler and we will be happy to help. Some of the gravity containers are a little high, but just give us a shout and we will help anyone fill their containers.
WHY DON'T YOU SELL XYZ ?
If there is something you would like us to stock then please just ask. It might be that we just haven't found it at the right price, we didn't think you wanted it, or (most probably) we just didn't think of it at all - there's no harm in asking :)
