Quinoa black - 300g
How to cook: Rinse and pick out the stones and debris. To cook use two parts liquid to one part Quinoa. Combine the liquid in a saucepan, bring to the boil, cover and simmer until the grains are translucent and the germ has spiralled out from each grain, about 15 minutes.
STORAGE: Keep in a cool dry place away from direct light and odours. Store in an airtight, clean container
