Ready Made Bread Mix - 450g
Use 450g of mix to 300ml of water.
Mix on slow speed for 4 minutes
Shape 55g portions
Prove in a warm place for 30 minutes
Bake at 230c for 30 minutes
We had a trial run ourselves and were pretty pleased with the results.
