Yes, this a lovely Gluten Free Pasta, however remember there is airborne Gluten in the shop, so we always advise that it isn't suitable for someone who is allergic to gluten.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Boil water in a large pot. To make sure pasta doesn’t stick together, use at least 4pints of water for every 8 ounces of pasta. Make sure that the water is at a fast, fierce, rolling boil before you add pasta. Salt the water with at least a tablespoon of salt. Put pasta into boiling water. Boil undercover for 10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Drain and rinse with warm water.
STORAGE: Keep in a cool dry place away from direct light and odours. Store in an airtight, clean container.
